The Great British CBD Survey - product labelling
At present there is no labelling requirement in place to state whether a product contains natural, or synthetically produced CBD.
It is proposed that the Food Standards Authority and the Food Standards Scotland highlight that any product containing synthetically produced cannabinoid CBD, should state this on the label that it is not plant based.
