The regulatory landscape surrounding medicinal cannabis has evolved significantly in recent years, enabling patients to benefit from its therapeutic properties. Currently medicinal cannabis is supplied via private clinics.

The Cannabis Trades Association (CTA) closely monitors regulatory developments and works tirelessly to advocate for patient access, within the current regulatory framework.  Through collaboration with regulatory bodies, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, the CTA aims to facilitate a robust and responsible framework for medicinal cannabis.
