Graham Woodward is Chief Medical Officer at Releaf, the UK’s leading medical cannabis clinic, where he is responsible for operational delivery, clinical governance, and quality assurance across the organisation. 

With more than 28 years of experience spanning statutory, voluntary, and private healthcare sectors, he brings a rare combination of frontline clinical expertise and strategic leadership. A trained psychiatric nurse (RNMH) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Graham is focused on ensuring that patient care remains safe, compliant, and consistently delivered to the highest standard.

Throughout his career, Graham has held senior roles including Clinical Director and Quality Assurance Director, alongside serving as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). His experience has been defined by building effective partnerships, leading complex negotiations, and embedding robust governance frameworks within healthcare services. At Releaf, he plays a central role in supporting patients to access high-quality medicinal cannabis treatments, aligning clinical integrity with operational excellence.
