A trained psychiatric nurse (RNMH) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Graham is focused on ensuring that patient care remains safe, compliant, and consistently delivered to the highest standard.

Throughout his career, Graham has held senior roles including Clinical Director and Quality Assurance Director, alongside serving as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). His experience has been defined by building effective partnerships, leading complex negotiations, and embedding robust governance frameworks within healthcare services. At Releaf, he plays a central role in supporting patients to access high-quality medicinal cannabis treatments, aligning clinical integrity with operational excellence.
