What your advert should include:
- Company logo
- Website address
- Contact details - email / phone number
- What you are offering
We will endeavour to make links interactive. Please specify special links.
Video Adverts - We accept Youtube or Vimeo links and will endeavour to place the advert appropriately. Some text copy may be required to fill the purchased space to support the video - ie Company Logo and contact links
Dimensions:
Full Page - 186mm x 267mm
Half Page Portrait - 91mm x 267mm
Half Page Landscape - 186mm x 132m
Quarter Page Portrait - 91mm x 132mm
Bleed - allow a 2mm bleed - this is because we store adverts for potential future printed media
File Format - Adverts to be sent as JPG or PNG PDF

What we can include:
Display Adverts and Advertorials can include:
- Colour pictures of 300dpi or more sent as pdf, jpg, png or svg formats (not embedded in Word docs please!)
- Advertorial text sent as a Word .doc .rtf or .txt
- Video - Youtube or Vimeo link needed.
- ‘Compliant’ copy - doesn’t breach association standards, make medical claims, legal etc.
Approved* Members get ONE FREE Quarter Page advert per year

Sponsorship Consists of:
- Full page advertorial - Either set in house or supplied camera ready with 500-700 words up to two photos or one video and a photo.
- Your Logo should be prominent with contact details.
- Full page advert - over three consecutive issues within a Quarter or twelve within an Annual cycle.
- Sponsor’s Name/Logo on Front Cover
In-house Artwork Charges
We can create a basic advert should your company need quick basic artwork.
Advert design cost £45 per advert any size, chargeable to the customer.
