How to qualify

To receive your complimentary VIP ticket, your organisation must:

  • apply for a NEW CTA Full Membership during October 2026;
  • be accepted into CTA Full Membership; and
  • ensure the applicable annual Full Membership fee is received in full and cleared by the CTA no later than 31 October 2026.

Payment by monthly instalments or Direct Debit does not qualify unless the entire annual membership fee has been received by the CTA by 31 October 2026.

What you receive

Every qualifying new Full Member will receive:

  • ONE FREE VIP admission ticket to ICBC Berlin 2027.
  • Only one promotional VIP ticket is available per qualifying NEW CTA Full Membership.

What is not included

The promotion covers the ICBC Berlin 2027 VIP admission ticket only.

Flights, rail travel, accommodation, transfers, local transport, travel insurance, visas, passports, meals and other travel or personal expenses are not included.

All travel and accommodation arrangements remain the responsibility of the attendee.
