Guy Coxall
Guy is a leading UK advocate for cannabis reform, widely recognised for his dedication to truth, justice, and environmental sustainability. He is the founder of Seed Our Future, a grassroots campaign group that combines legal education, civil resistance, and community empowerment to challenge outdated cannabis laws and promote a more evidence-based and ethical approach to policy.
Originally working as a compliance officer for the CTA, Guy made a significant career shift after discovering the vast medicinal, industrial, and environmental potential of the cannabis plant - and the extent to which its prohibition has been based on misinformation, political agendas, and corporate interests. Since then, he has dedicated his life to raising awareness of the injustice surrounding cannabis prohibition and the damage it causes to individuals, public health, and the planet.
A passionate environmentalist, Guy is also vocal about cannabis hemp’s potential to play a vital role in addressing climate change, food insecurity, and sustainable development. With unyielding energy and compassion, Guy continues to inspire a growing movement of individuals who believe in the power of truth, science, and collective action to bring about change.

Gary Youds
Gary Youds is a long-standing cannabis campaigner from Liverpool who has become a symbol of resilience and reform in the UK cannabis movement. Initially known for running the Chillin’ Rooms, an Amsterdam-style cannabis café that opened in 2005, Gary operated with the intent of creating a safe space for medicinal cannabis users. Despite multiple arrests and a high-profile legal battle that included imprisonment, Gary has remained undeterred in his mission to challenge outdated drug laws and societal stigma.
His experiences have not only deepened his commitment but also informed his transition from cannabis outlaw to respected advocate. Gary now campaigns tirelessly for the rights of medical cannabis patients, calling for legislative clarity, equal treatment, and the education of police and public services. His firsthand encounters with legal injustice highlight the contradictions in UK drug policy, especially concerning prescribed cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPMs).
Through his advocacy, Gary has influenced public dialogue and policymaker awareness around the importance of cannabis reform. Today, he works alongside organisations such as Seed Our Future and is a member of the CTA, supporting motions in local government to prevent discrimination against patients. Gary Youds exemplifies how lived experience can be a catalyst for change.
