The Asia International Hemp Expo & Forum (AIHEF) returns to Bangkok from 18–20 November 2026, bringing together businesses, investors, researchers, policymakers and industry specialists from across Asia and the wider international hemp sector.

Now in its fifth edition, the event takes place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and is co-located with the Asia International Cannabis Expo & Forum (AICEF), creating a significant meeting point for organisations working across industrial hemp, cannabinoids, medical cannabis, cultivation, processing, manufacturing and international trade.

Alongside the exhibition, AIHEF will host a dedicated Asia International Hemp Forum on 18 November, examining the development of the next hemp economy, commercialisation, fibre and high-value applications, hemp-derived CBD, medical hemp, standards, certification, investment and cross-border market development.

The wider event also includes business matching, the Hemp Talk Stage, product and innovation showcases, and opportunities to explore developments in Thailand’s rapidly evolving hemp and cannabis industries.

For UK and European businesses looking towards Asia, AIHEF provides an opportunity to understand an increasingly important regional market, develop international relationships and explore potential partnerships across supply chains, technology, research, manufacturing and trade. With Asian markets playing a growing role in the global development of hemp and cannabinoid industries, Bangkok provides a useful platform for businesses seeking both commercial opportunities and a clearer understanding of how the sector is developing beyond Europe.
