It excludes retailers or online retailers selling own-branded products. - The Stockist Promotion starts on receipt and clearance of funds at our bank of £140 plus VAT (non-refundable) and runs for 12 calendar months from that date. VAT will be charged at the rate prevailing in the UK when you sign up to the Stockist Promotion.
- Stockists participating in the Stockist Promotion will receive the following:
• Use of CTA Stockists Logo.
• Listing in the CTA `Stockists Directory’ on www.cannabistrades.org
• Window Sticker/s for your Store(s)* posted to the address given on your participation form. - Use of our CTA `Stockist Logo’ on your website for the period of your continuing participation in the Stockist Promotion.
• A space in the Reseller Section on the CTA Website www.cannabistrades.org
• Email communications
• CTA updates & The Link Ezine - The Stockist Promotion will run for a period of 12 calendar months from your organisation signing up and £140+VAT payment clearing the bank. The Stockist Promotion will be subject to an automatic renewal process after 12 months.
- The Stockist Promotion Terms and Conditions may be varied for time to time on the CTA website and will apply immediately at the time of change to all organisations participating in the Stockist Promotion. This is at the sole discretion of the CTA.
